This has been realized by originating and managing real estate investment funds for institutional investors and pension funds, and further developed by being outsourced with the asset management of these funds, purchase of unnecessary assets by funds managed by Tokio Marine PIM, the planning of strategies for efficiently utilizing idle property and other real estate solutions.
