With customer trust at the foundation of all our activities, Tokio Marine Property Investment Management, Inc. (Tokio Marine PIM) aims to commit to the continuous enhancement of corporate value. Tokio Marine PIM will properly handle personal information as described below in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Law (the "Privacy Law"), other relevant laws and ordinances, guidelines, the "Guidelines concerning Personal Information Protection" stipulated by the Japan Securities Investment Advisors Association, and the Tokio Marine Group Privacy Policy, and will take appropriate measures to ensure that personal information is secure. Tokio Marine PIM will make an effort to conduct training and education of Tokio Marine PIM's employees so that personal information will be properly handled. Tokio Marine PIM will review and improve the contents described below from time to time.
1. Collection of Personal Information
Tokio Marine PIM will collect customers' personal information in a lawful and proper manner to the extent necessary for its business.
2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
Tokio Marine PIM will use personal information within the necessary scope to implement the following business and for the purposes indicated in Clause 4. below (hereafter, "purpose of use"). The purpose of use shall also be disclosed on the website, etc. Further, in the event the purpose of use changes, the content shall in principle be notified to the person or disclosed on the website, etc.
(1) The introduction, provision, management and conducting of practical affairs for services related to business concerning real estate investment consulting, investment management, investment advisory services, type II financial instrument trading, money lending and real estate brokering as related to real estate risk management.
(2) The introduction, provision, management and conducting of practical matters for consulting services, information provision services and the like as related to real estate risk management.
(3) Hiring of employees
(4) Responding to inquiries, requests, etc.
(5) Other business incidental to the above (1)-(4) and business conducted to enable the smooth implementation of transactions with customers and conducting of Tokio Marine PIM's business.
In the case of the handling of personal information above and beyond the scope necessary for achieving the purpose of use, Tokio Marine PIM shall require the approval of the individual unless listed in the respective items of Article 16 Paragraph 3 in the Privacy Law.
3. Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties
In addition to cases designated by laws and ordinances and within the necessary scope required to attain the purpose of use indicated in Clause 2. above, Tokio Marine PIM may provide third parties with personal data (name, address, phone number, e-mail address, contract information or other items within the necessary scope required for achieving the purpose of use) via documentation, mail, phone, Internet, e-mail, advertising or some other medium. However, this provision of information to a third party shall be suspended when the concerned individual requests such.
4. Joint Use with Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc.
Tokio Marine PIM and Tokio Marine Holdings, Inc. may use the following personal data for subsidiary management of the holding company.

5. Handling of Sensitive Information
The Company will not collect, use, or provide to a third party Sensitive Information, except for cases provided by the Privacy Law, other relevant laws, ordinances and guidelines.
Notes
"Sensitive Information" means sensitive information set forth in Article 6 of the Personal Information Protection Guidelines in the financial sector.
6. Notice of matters, disclosure, amendment, or suspension of use of personal data held by Tokio Marine PIM under the Privacy Law
Please direct requests for any notice of matters, disclosure, amendment, or suspension of use of personal data ("disclosure request") held by Tokio Marine PIM under the Privacy Law to the address listed in Clause 8. "the Contact Information" below.
After confirming that the requesting party is the actual individual and requesting the completing of a form designated by Tokio Marine PIM, Tokio Marine PIM will follow procedures, and, in principle, provide a written response. Tokio Marine PIM will charge prescribed fees for a response to a disclosure request.
7. Management of Personal Data
Tokio Marine PIM will appoint a person responsible for information management and take full security measures to manage personal data securely and to prevent divulgence, loss or damage to personal data handled by Tokio Marine PIM, and will ensure the accuracy and prompt updating of personal data which is necessary to achieve the purpose of use. Further, if Tokio Marine PIM consigns any other party to handle personal data, Tokio Marine PIM will conduct necessary and appropriate supervision over such contractors.

Tokio Marine PIM is a business organization covered by the Japan Securities Investment Advisers Association, an approved organization for personal information protection. The Association does receive consultations and claims concerning the handling of personal information by covered business organizations.
