The Center provides complaint resolution services relating to our investment advisory/agency business and investment management business under delegation from the Japan Securities Investment Advisers Association (Tokyo Shoken Kaikan 7th floor, 1-5-8 Nihonbashi Kayaba-cho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, 103-0025), of which we are member.

(2) Dispute Resolution Measures
We seek to resolve disputes relating to our financial instruments business through the mediation services provided by the Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center. If you would like to use the mediation services of the Center, the contact information is set out above.

3. Complaint Handling and Dispute Resolution Measures concerning the Money Lending Business
We seek to resolve complaints and disputes relating to our money lending business through the services of the following organization, which has been designated as a designated dispute resolution body pursuant to the Money Lending Business Act. If a petition is made for the dispute resolution procedures of this organization, the statute of limitation and ongoing litigation proceedings will be suspended under certain conditions.

 ③ Consultation/reconciliation between customer and relevant money lender.
(2)The standard procedural flow for the dispute resolution services of the Money Lending Business Consultation and Dispute Resolution Center is as follows.
 ① Acceptance of petition for dispute resolution procedure from customer.
 ② Appointment of dispute resolution panel, commencement of dispute resolution procedure.
 ③ Customer and relevant money lender inquiries and interviews by dispute resolution panel, hearings.
 ④ Proposal of mediation plan/special mediation plan, agreement on plan.
